I got the "medium" firmness option. Seems a bit firmer than I wanted but then I read it can take two months or more of use to break it in and soften it up a bit. It is getting more and more comfortable. I had a Tempurpedic mattress I replaced with a Casper after 14 years of use. The Casper was just OK and after it started becoming uncomfortable after a little over 6 years I decided I wanted a Tempurpedic again. Hopefully spending the extra money will be worth it and this new one will turn out to be just as nice as the first one!

This is the best also I've ever had. The mattress is what I would imagine sleeping on a cloud would feel like. Absolute best nights sleep and full restoration of energy. Body aches are a thing of my past. Thanks tempur. My foot of bed doesn't seat all the way in the smart base but I can handle it. It's probably something I did wrong.

We had our first Tempur-pedic mattress for 17 years and it finally needed replacing. We purchased the 2nd mattress on December 31, 2024. I have never slept better. This product is definitely a great purchase for anyone.

Like other reviews stated, there is a 2 week break-in period for the mattress as it started very hard. After that, we loved the feel of the mattress. However, after a year in, we noticed that the spots where we both lay were sagging as compared to the normal spot in the middle of the however, there was no visible indentation (only noticed when lying, especially if you rolled across the bed. For this reason, this would not be a warranty claim as it isn't sagging 0.75" when looking at it. I didn't realize the mattress cover could come off until recently looking at reviews (we also had our own mattress protector anyway), but when I took off the tempurpedic cover, I noticed large cracks, greater than 2 feet long, along both spots where we lay (maybe this was the sagging feeling). Filing a claim takes 7-10 days just to hear back, which is frustrating since you need something to sleep on every night. Basically, good mattress for a year, but not worth the money. Will update after I hear from warranty department.

I am on a little over three weeks and my body hurts. I missed by a day a discount and it was because waiting to talk to a sleep expert. Said no and no discounts prob until next holiday, the following day had a pillow sheet deal and would not allow me to get. Spent close to 4,000.00. Experts on phone are not the best. They seem annoyed.

We got a king bed so that we could fit our dog and it is so comfortable! My husband is a hot sleeper and he no longer wakes up sweating. It is so comfortable it makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning!

I have tried 5 mattresses and the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Hybrid Medium has helped solve the different symptoms resulting from my scoliosis and sciatica. The mattress is very firm but still quite plush and I experience no shoulder pain as a side sleeper. It is so comfortable and luxurious! We also bought the Ease base. The two products together are outstanding. We purchased at Mattress Firm and had an outstanding sales/purchasing experience.

I think this was absolutely worth the purchase. We didn't feel any transition pain from our old to new mattress. Our old was a bear foam mattress and it was fine, but this really feels much more luxury. It feels firm initially, but you sink right into it. We love it

I have only slept in my bed for 2 nights so it's hard to tell how I will like it long term. I also have the adjustable base and I already know I will like it very much. This is my second Tempur mattress so I'm pretty sure it will satisfy long term.

We've had our mattress for a couple weeks now. We purchased the Medium Pro-Adapt from Mattress Firm. We were extremely happy with the service provided by mattress firm (shout out to Jessica!). We're even happier with the mattress. My back pain was immediately resolved and we're both sleeping like babies. I was waking up with pain in my lower back and hips with my previous off-brand memory foam mattress but in the month or so that I have owned this bed, I have woken up comfortable and refreshed. It is pricey but worth it for the relief.

We bought the Queen Tempur-Pro Adapt Hybrid. I never thought we would spend this much on a mattress but it is worth every penny. When we considered how much of our lives we spend in bed sleeping, reading, and watching television, it made sense to get a mattress that is not only ultra comfortable, but is also joint supportive and good for our health. I've had a tempurpedic for 20+ years and I prefer the old one to the new one. Not the same quality. The foam doesn't bounce back as quickly. We wouldn't have even replaced our old one if it weren't for our move. It is still better quality after 20 years.

I had a Proadapt Medium Hybrid for almost 4 years and it's spring system broke down at waist level over that time which lead to lower back pain every morning, after much communication with Tempur-Pedic they offered a replacement at a discount.
I ordered the Proadapt Medium non hybrid and it's in my home about 2 weeks and is great!!!
I would not recommend the hybrid but do recommend the Medium Proadapt. Thanks Tempur-Pedic for the far superior mattress.

Very comfortable and supports my back well. Everyone must choose which mattress fits their needs. But this product provides what we need. With the foundation we chose, the ability to independently raise the head or foot of bed offers great flexibility and comfort. Also great customer support.

It doesn't live up to the hype and is not nearly as comfortable as I expected it would be. If you have cracks on the skin of your heels, that memory foam can be downright painful pressing on that spot; It actually wakes me up out of a sound sleep for that very reason. It may sound trivial, but I assure you it is not. I have yet to find an effective remedy that doesn't fail about 3 AM.

We purchased our king size mattress 3 years ago for almost $4000. Bed is sagging to the point that you roll to the middle. They have you lay a broom handle on the bed with a quarter leaned up against it to file a warranty claim. Never have I ever purchased a product that uses that as a way to file a warranty claim. Regardless, they will deny your claim. Then offer you 75% off a certain mattress on their website which is overpriced as well. This bed is the worst bed I've ever owned. Switched to a sleep number. We should have a done that the first to around but the sales lady convinced us that these mattresses had the best warranty and durability of any mattress in the market. They do not. Please trust me and spend your money on another brand.

Best sleep I have ever had. I no longer wake up with back and hip pain. I am sleeping deeper and longer. With better quality sleep I have experienced a reduction in my blood pressure and lower resting heart rate. I feel so much better and much more refreshed each morning. I own a split king Pro Adapt Firm and that mattress was perfect. I loved it so much I recently purchased a ProAdapt Firm Queen through Ashelys. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED as I sink in the mattress and it doesnt hold its firmness. I purchased this near end of October and I had to wait thirty days to enact the satisfaction warranty and I also have to submit proof. This is terrible policy where I have to justify the my unsatisfaction for a warranty exchange.
